2026 Jackson’s Mill Lodging Options WEST VIRGINIA STATE DAIRY SHOW

No Lodge rooms are available in 2026 due to renovations.

A room block has been reserved at a rate of $119 per night plus tax. Call the hotel directly at 304-269-3500 and mention the WV State Dairy Show by August 7, 2026 to book this rate.

• Private Rooms/night are $72.80 (including tax)
• Camper Spaces per night are $42.40 (including tax) – includes water, electric and sewer dump station

Dorm housing – Cost per person per night is $22.40 (including tax)

Four dorms will be available:

1) Adult Males – for ages 18 and up only

2) Adult Females – for ages 18 and up only

3) Youth Males – for ages 9 to 17 only

4) Youth Females – for ages 9 to 17 only

Rules for ADULT Dorms

1)  No one under the age of 18 is permitted to stay in these dorms – NO EXCEPTIONS.

2) You must be registered before staying in a dorm by contacting Bruce Loyd (bmloyd@mail.wvu.edu).

3) Those staying a dorm must go to the Jackson’s Mill registration office and pay for the nights they will be staying IN ADVANCE.

Rules for YOUTH Dorms

1) Each youth dorm will have two WVU vetted volunteers staying in the dorm as chaperones. No other person age 18 years and over is permitted to stay in these dorms.

2) You must be registered before staying in a dorm. To register, a PARENT of the youth must email Bruce Loyd (bmloyd@mail.wvu.edu) with the following information:

Home phone number and Cell phone number

Statement of Consent (John Smith has my permission to stay in the youth dorm at the dairy show).
