Saturday, August 10th
8:00 a.m. Receive cattle (Office opens at 11:00 a.m.)
5:00 p.m. Start Milking
7:00 p.m. Dairy Bowl

Sunday, August 11th
6:00 a.m. Start Milking
7:30 a.m. Dairy Show Food Booth
8:30 a.m. Registration for State 4-H & FFA Dairy Cattle Judging Contest
9:00 a.m. Dairy Cattle Judging Contest Begins
3:00 p.m. Silent Auction result, 4-H and FFA Dairy Judging results and awards – about 1 hour after the last youth has completed oral reasons. Plan on mid-afternoon at the earliest.
5:00 p.m. Start Milking
5:30 p.m. Dairy Show Food Booth
7:00 p.m. Master Youth Showmanship Contest (Y-1)
Senior Youth Showmanship Contest (Y-2)
Junior Youth Showmanship Contest (Y-3)
Grand Champion Youth Showmanship (Y-4)
FFA Dairy Handler’s Career Development Class

Monday, August 12th
6:00 a.m. Start Milking
7:30 a.m. Dairy Show Food Booth
9:00 a.m. Show Class 1 – Class 7 Round Robin (Heifer Classes)
Followed by selection of Junior Champions & Reserve Junior Champions (Classes 8 & 9)
After the Junior Champion Female and Reserve Junior Champion Female selections are made for a breed, Class 10 will be shown for that breed before moving on to the champion selections for the next breed.  Once Classes 8-10 have been completed for all breeds, the Supreme Junior Champion Female will be selected.
12 Noon Silent Auction – Dairy Princess Committee
12:15 p.m. Dairy Show Food Booth
5:00 p.m. Start Milking
5:30 p.m. Dairy Show Food Booth
6:30 p.m. Dairy Skillathon
8:00 p.m. Pretty Cow Contest
Ice Cream Social sponsored by United Dairy
Corn Hole Tournament sponsored by Dairy Princess Committee

Tuesday, August 13th
6:00 a.m. Start Milking
7:30 a.m. Dairy Show Food Booth
9:00 a.m. Show Class 12 – Class 17 Round Robin (Cow classes)
Followed by selection of Senior Champions, Reserve Senior Champions And Grand Champions & Reserve Grand Champions) (Classes 18-21)
After the Grand and Reserve Champion selections are made for a breed, Classes 22-25 will be shown for that breed before moving on to the champion selections and group classes for the next breed. Once Classes 22-25 have been completed for all breeds, Class 26 will show and then the (Class 27) Supreme Senior Champion will be selected.
